Individual Sessions for Mindful Mamas

Individual Sessions for Mindful Mamas

These sessions address emotional, spiritual, and practical needs of mamas and approach mothering itself as a practice. Sessions are catered to the individual needs of the client, but will be based in compassionate listening, meditation, and other practical and spiritual tools that will work to increase resilience, health, clarity, and joy in your daily and parenting life. Topics that are commonly addressed include transforming fear and anxiety into power and joy, discovering and becoming the mother you want to be, balancing the head and the heart gracefully as a parent, figuring out next life steps, and connecting with your partner harmoniously both as parents and life partners.

Sessions are 1 hour.  Sliding scale is available and based on need.

The Way Lauren
Works With Families

My work with families is centered on helping parents to cultivate a strong and clear connection to their own parenting intuition and confidence.

Every parent has a well of strengths and resources, as well as unique challenges for handling, and adapting to the changing and dynamic relationship with their children.
